Subramanian Ganesh is the founder and driving force behind Agam Theatre Lab, a Singapore-based company dedicated to advancing contemporary Tamil theatre. He has been instrumental in establishing The Theatre Lab, Singapore’s first independent blackbox focused on Tamil performance, creating a vital space for new voices and experimentation. Under his leadership, Agam has produced original works that blend tradition with innovation, including the use of multimedia and immersive storytelling. Ganesh is also the visionary behind Nadagamic, Singapore’s first international Tamil theatre festival, positioning the city as a meeting point for global Tamil artistic exchange and dialogue.
